Terms: $10,000.00 non-refundable down payment on day of sale in the form of Cash, Cashier’s, or Certified Check made payable to Jos. C. O’Neal & Sons with the balance to be paid in 45 days when a good & marketable deed will be given. Buyer & Seller will equally share all State & County transfer taxes. State and County and municipal taxes and assessments to be adjusted as of the date of sale. Buyer will be required to pay all costs of preparing and recording the deed.
