Location: The intersection of Pear Tree Road & Del. Rt. 24 (Laurel Road) in Gumboro, Delaware. From the intersection of U.S. Rt. 113 and Del. Rt. 24 (Laurel Road) in Millsboro, travel west on Rt. 24 for approx. 5 miles. Turn right onto Del. Rt. 24 (Laurel Road) towards Laurel and travel for 1.0 miles. Turn right onto Pear Tree Road. From the intersection of U.S. Rt. 13 and Del. Rt. 24 in Laurel, travel east on Rt. 24 (Laurel Road) for 10.2 miles. Turn left onto Pear Tree Road. Parcels will be on left (Signs Posted).


Lot #1 consists of 6.2637+/- Acres of unimproved land and is identified on the Sussex County Tax Map in District 3-33 Map 4.00 Parcel 22.00 and is further described in Deed Book 2915 Page 244. The eastern portion of the parcel consists of cleared farmland while the western portion of the parcel consists of woods. The parcel has approx. 328.63 ft. of frontage along Pear Tree Road along its easterly boundary.

The eastern portion of the parcel consists of cleared farmland while the western portion of the parcel consists of woods. The parcel has approx. 476.70 ft. of frontage along Pear Tree Road along its easterly boundary and approx. 766.06 ft. of frontage along Laurel Road (Del. Rt. 24) at its southerly boundary.
