DUNHAM, JOSEPH STAUFFER, JR., CARL STAUFFER, PEARL BEALL, ZELLA SERFASS, BARBARA MOYER, RONALD STAUFFER, and PATRICIA KNIGHT, I will expose, by way of public vendue or auction on the premises, in Indian River Hundred, Sussex County, known and designated as Lot. No. 10 on Martin E. Street’s development known as “Hillcrest Acres” a plot of which is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Sussex County in Plot Book 8, Page 517, with all improvements thereon, and more particularly described in a deed dated May 20, 2003, of record in the Office aforesaid in Deed Book 2841, Page 203, and designated on the tax maps of Sussex County as Tax Map Parcel No. 2-34-28.00-79.00.

TERMS OF SALE


Twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price must be paid by the Buyer at the time of the sale. The balance to be paid to Robert H. Robinson, Jr., Esquire, Trustee, at the offices of Wilson, Halbrook and Bayard, P.A. 107 West Market Street, Georgetown, Delaware, on or before July 26, 2006. The twenty percent (20%) down payment made on the day of sale will be treated as part of the purchase price if all the terms of the sale are met; otherwise, it will be forfeited for non-compliance and treated as liquidated damages. Buyer to pay the cost of the Deed and one half (1/2) of all applicable transfer taxes (Sale subject to confirmation on Friday, July 28, 2006, at 9:30 A.M. by the Court of Chancery).
