Order of Sale: Lot #1 will be offered first and will be followed by Lot #2 & Lot #3 with the bids being reserved. Then, all three lots will be offered in their entirety and sold whichever way produces the highest bid.


Terms: Lot #1: $7,500.00 non-refundable down payment on day of sale in the form of Cash, Cashier’s, or Certified Check made payable to Jos. C. O’Neal & Sons. Lot #2: $7,500.00 non-refundable down payment on day of sale in the form of Cash, Cashier’s, or Certified Check made payable to Jos. C. O’Neal & Sons. Lot #3: $7,500.00 non-refundable down payment on day of sale in the form of Cash, Cashier’s, or Certified Check made payable to Jos. C. O’Neal & Sons. Balance to be paid in 45 days when a good & marketable deed will be given. Buyer & Seller will equally share all State & County transfer taxes. State and County and municipal taxes and assessments to be adjusted as of the date of sale. Buyer will be required to pay all costs of preparing and recording the deed. The property is being sold in “AS-IS” condition with no contingencies. Failure to comply with these Terms of Sale will cause the down payment paid on day of sale to be forfeited and the property will be resold at the buyer’s expense.
