Pursuant to an Order of the Family Court of the State of Delaware, in and for Sussex County, in proceedings to partition to the real property of GWEN R. REYNOLDS, f/k/a GWEN D. DONOWAY, and RONALD G. DONOWAY, I will expose, by way of public vendue or auction on the premises, in Baltimore Hundred, Sussex County, known and designated as Lot No. 22 on Block B of Section A, Blue Teal Road in the development known as Swann Keys, a plot of which was prepared by Edward H. Richardson Associates, Inc. dated March 30, 1966, with all improvements thereon, and more particularly described in a deed dated April 26, 1971, of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Sussex County in Deed Book 667, Page 267, and designated on the tax maps of Sussex County as Tax Map Parcel No. 5-33-12.16-494.00.

TERMS OF SALE


Twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price must be paid by the Buyer at the time of the sale. The balance to be paid to Deirdre A. O’Shea, Esquire, Trustee, at the offices of Smith O’Donnell Feinberg & Berl, LLP, 406 S. Bedford Street, P.O. Box 588, Georgetown, Delaware, on or before September 7, 2006. The twenty percent (20%) down payment maid on the day of sale will be treated as part of the purchase price if all the terms of the sale are met; otherwise, it will be forfeited for non-compliance and treated as liquidated damages. Buyer to pay the cost of the Deed and one half (1/2) of all applicable transfer taxes (Sale subject to confirmation on Friday, September 8, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. by the Family Court).


NOTICE TO CREDITORS


NOTICE in compliance with Delaware law is hereby given that the shares of interest of GWEN R. REYNOLDS, f/k/a GWEN D. DONOWAY, and RONALD G. DONOWAY in the above-described parcel of land will be sold as set forth above and all persons having or claiming any liens or encumbrances against the above-named share holders, are hereby notified to appear in Family Court, in and for Sussex County and the State of Delaware, at the Sussex County Family Courthouse, The Circle, Georgetown, Delaware, on Friday, September 8, 2006, at 2:00 p.m., the return day of the sale, and make proof of said claim and the amount due thereon.
