The property has approx. 760 ft. of frontage along Seaford Road along its westerly boundary and approx. 308 ft. of frontage along Camp Road at its southerly boundary.
Terms: $15,000.00 non-refundable down payment on day of sale in the form of Cash, Cashier’s, or Certified Check made payable to Jos. C. O’Neal & Sons with the balance to be paid in 45 days when a good & marketable deed will be given. Buyer & Seller will equally share all State & County transfer taxes.
