Real Estate: This property is identified on the Sussex County tax map as District 2-34, Map 8.00 Parcel 34.00 and is believed to contain 44+/- Acres of land. The property consists of two tracts of land separated by Springfield Road. Tract #1 consists of 8.1+/- Acres of land and is located on the northerly side of Springfield Road at the corner of Hollis Road. The property has approx. 510 ft. of frontage on the north side of Springfield Road and has frontage on Hollis Road.
