This property is identified on the Sussex County Tax Map as parcel 2-31 7.00 16.00 and is believed to contain 26.25 acres of timberland more or less. This property is situated in an ideal location, with an abundance of deer and turkey that would make a great spot for hunting.

The property has had a timber appraisal completed by Allinder Forestry Services, LLC in May 2010 and consisted of the following:
