Terms: Cash, Approved Check or Credit Card on day of auction. All items must be paid for on the day of sale. NO EXCEPTIONS. A 13% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on all items including vehicles, with a 3% discount when paying with cash or check. Vehicles must be paid for with cash or check only. Titles held for 7 working days unless paid for in full with cash on day of sale. All items are sold, “AS IS”. Removal of items within 5 days.
This auction will consist of items from an estate at the Methodist Manor House in Seaford, DE and an Easton, MD estate. Two auctioneers will be selling the entire day with a third selling showcase items. A great auction you will not want to miss!
