Terms: Cash, Approved Check, or Credit Card on the day of sale. All items must be paid for on the day of sale. A 13% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on all items including the vehicles with a 3% discount when paying with cash or check. Titles are held for 7 working days, unless vehicle is paid for in full with cash on day of auction. All items are sold, “AS-IS”. Removal of items within 5 days.
This is just a brief listing of the many items that will be sold at this sale. There are many nice items from a Seaford, DE estate and other homes and estates from the surrounding area. Two auctioneers will be selling the entire day, with a third selling showcase items. Be sure to bring a friend!
