Outside sale starts at 9:30 a.m.: Consisting of several books from Dr. Marvil's library, dishes, pots, pans, flower arrangements, small hand tools, fishing rods and reels, tackle boxes and contents, golf balls, furniture needing repair, linens and many, many items too numerous to mention.
Terms: Cash, Approved Check, or Visa/MC on day of sale. All items must be paid for on the day of sale. A 13% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all items, with a 3% discount when paying with cash or check. All items are sold, "AS-IS." Removal of items day of sale.
This sale will consist of many of the last remaining items from the Dr. James Marvil, collection from Lewes, DE that the family decided to let someone else enjoy in their home. There will be some other selective items in this sale from local homes and estates. Two auctioneers will be selling so, bring a friend. Preview will be Friday, May 15 from 10:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Doors open sale day at 8:00 a.m. Ladies' Auxillary will be serving food with homemade biscuits.
