Jos. C. O'Neal & Sons realizes that consignors desire the services of an auctioneer for many different reasons. Therefore, we provide many options for sellers.
Traditional. Our Traditional service is charged on a commission basis. Jos. C. O'Neal & Sons provides a staff to pack and box up contents as well as the crew and trucks needed to transport items to our facility or off-site storage. Once inside our facility, items are unpacked and displayed by our staff a complete day before the preview to the general public. Jos. C. O'Neal & Sons also provides the entire staff on the day of the auction.
If the seller desires, Jos. C. O'Neal & Sons can also hold auctions on-site. This option is charged on a commission basis as well and includes the entire staff needed to pack and box up contents as well as the crew needed to display items on the day of the auction. Jos. C. O'Neal & Sons provides the entire staff as well as the office facilities, equipment, and services needed to conduct the auction. Out-Right Purchase. If a seller desires, he/she can choose to have his/her items purchased out-right by Jos. C. O'Neal & Sons for fast payment and quick settlement. Broom Swept. This option can be chosen in conjunction with our Traditional service or Out-Right Purchase option. This option is provided for an extra fee and includes the entire clean out of a house as well as trash removal and hauling to the landfill. Appraisal Services. Jos. C. O'Neal & Sons also provides comprehensive appraisal services to customers for Estate Planning, Insurance, Bankruptcy, Divorce, or Replacement purposes. |
